Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation system which enables users to sell and buy articles with ease without disclosing personal information unnecessarily and enables the articles to be delivered easily and securely. SOLUTION: The mediation system comprises an article selling customer terminal device, an article buying customer terminal device, an article delivery store terminal device, and a mediating server device as their mediating institution. At a mediation request for selling and buying from a 1st customer, the mediating server indicates the transmission of an article to a selling customer after confirming that a 2nd customer acknowledges mediation, and the mediating server instructs the buying customer to send money after confirming the delivery of the article.
