Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agent for treating a polyurethane-based elastic fiber, capable of providing a package excellent in winding shape in a fiber-making step of the polyurethane-based elastic fiber, and simultaneously capable of imparting excellent antistatic properties and properties for preventing scum from being generated to the polyurethane-based elastic fiber used in a finishing step, and further to provide a method for treating the polyurethane-based elastic fiber. SOLUTION: This agent for treating the polyurethane-based elastic fiber comprises two components of a specific lubricant component and a specified carboxamide-polyether-modified silicone in a specific proportion, or three components obtained by further adding a specified metal salt of a higher fatty acid in a specific proportion thereto.
