Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a worsted-toned composite textured yarn having splash-patterned appearance of uneven density in the longitudinal direction of the multifilament yarns, with dry and silky touch in combination with moderate puffy feeling, stretch feeling and crisp feeling, and to provide woven/knitted fabrics using the above composite textured yarns. SOLUTION: This composite textured yarn is obtained by doubling a polyester multifilament false-twist textured yarn of uneven fineness with a cellulose acetate multifilament yarn, wherein the polyester multifilament false-twist textured yarn is such one that the 10-70% of the constituent singel filaments has 5-25/m of mutually fused portions and is such one as to have each specific latent and actual percentage crimp, and have lower orientation portions each 0.01-0.09 in birefringence Δn and higher orientation portions each >=0.10 in Δn randomly in the longitudinal direction of the filaments. In this case, there exits 5-30/m of the lower orientation portions each 1-100 mm is length. More specifically, the composite textured yarn is produced by doubling the polyester multifilament false-twist textured yarn with the cellulose acetate multifilament yarn, wherein the latter is twisted oppositely to the false-twisted direction of the former and with a twist multiplier K of 5,000-21,000.
