Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruded aluminum material excellent in precise bending workability, and having uniform proof stress values where buckling is not oc curred even in extrusion bending, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: In the method for producing an aluminum extruded shape material produced by subjecting an aluminum alloy billet to homogenizing treatment, subjecting the same to extrusion and cooling and thereafter performing aging treatment, at the time of the above aging treatment, at least one or more samples are taken from the cooled extruded materials, this sample is subjected to preceding aging treatment, simultaneously, its mechanical properties are evaluated, and based on the same, aging treatment conditions are set in such a manner that 0.2% proof stress is controlled to 120 to 140 MPa, and elongation is controlled to >=12%. By this method, an aluminum extruded shape material having 0.2% proof stress optimum for bending, small in the variations of bending precision and proof stress value and free from the generation of buckling even in extrusion bending can be obtained. |
