Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for thermoplastic molding containing a compatibilized mixture of a polycarbonate having improved compatibility and a vinyl-copolymer, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A composition for thermoplastic molding containing a polycarbonate, a vinyl-copolymer and a hydroxyl-containing compatibilizer expressed by the following formula (I), wherein, R is H or a 1-4C alkyl; R1 is H, Cl, Br, a 1-4C alkyl, a cyclohexyl or a 1-4C alkoxy; a is 0 or 1; b is 0 or 1; n is an integer of 0-4; and X is hydroxyl.
