SOLUTION: This tablet-type medicinal composition is produced by formulating the following components (A) to (C): (A) a medicine; (B) one or more kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of inorganic salts and inorganic oxides having poor solubility in water; and (C) saccharides and/or sugar alcohols where particles of an amount of >=50 mass % based on the total mass of the component C have a particle diameter of 20-300 μm.
