STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING LOOSENING IMPELLER OF COOKED RICE LOOSENING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a loosening impeller, wherein the loosening impeller can be easily detached and easily, necessarily and sufficiently cleaned. SOLUTION: In the structure, both end parts of a rotational spindle 20a of the impeller for loosening cooked rice are rotatably supported between a pair of side plates 27 and 28. A shaft hole 33 is mounted on the side plate 28 pivotably mounted on a machine frame, and one end part of the rotational spindle 20a is inserted through the medium of a bearing 32 into the shaft hole 33. A clamp plate 34 is rotatably fitted to the bearing 32, and a notched groove 35 is formed in the clamp plate 34. An engaging pin 36 mounted in a protruding manner on the side plate 28 is engaged with/disengaged from the notched groove 35 by the normal/reverse-rotation operation of the clamp plate 34 for the purpose of clamping the clamp plate 34 to the shaft plate 33/releasing the clamping of the clamp plate 34 thereto.
