PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for content distribution, a storage medium stored with a content distributing program, a method and a system for service reservation ticket distribution, and a storage medium stored with a service reservation ticket distributing program which solve the problem that a user is kept waiting before a content distribution terminal or a queue becomes long and can provide contents according to reservation tickets by issuing the reservation tickets by a content distributing terminal or a content reservation accepting terminal. SOLUTION: The user requests the content distributing terminal to reserve content acquisition and the content distributing terminal issues a reservation ticket at the reservation request, stores the reservation ticket, writes and saves and stores the reservation ticket on a user's storage medium, and obtains contents complying with the request; when the user makes a request to acquire contents, the reservation ticket written to the storage medium is authenticated and when the authentication is successful, the contents are written to the storage medium and provided for the user.
