BLANKDET PARTICULARLY USED FOR IMPRESSION-CYLINDER OF OFFSET PRINTER AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket which avoids the force beyond the tolerance limit acting back against the blanket during the printing process, and also its production method. SOLUTION: The present blanket is provided using an internal supporting layer as a thin metallic layer (4), facing to the impression-cylinder at the time of setting the blanket which is flexibly adjustable to the curvature of the impression-cylinder and linked to the neighboring layer (6) through an adhesive agent (5). This invention is realized by using a thin and flexible metal layer as a supporting layer (4) adjustable continuously to the curvature of the impression cylinder in a form of rolling type or ribbon type, further, as the thin metallic layer is linked with its neighboring layer (6), followed by linking the internal supporting layer (4) facing toward the impression-cylinder at the time of setting the blanket, in cases, the microscopic multi-porous and/or compressable middle layer in between (3) made of an elastic resin and the outer pressurized layer (1) can be linked, in some other cases, can be linked also with the other layers.
