Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document examination system and a system to be examined, with which a pointed part and a part to be corrected in an examination target document are related with the prescribed field of a note report using a simple procedure and a note can be reflected with a relevant reference item number. SOLUTION: When a user executes a note adding command, by selecting a text in the examination target document, while using a document examination system 1, the examination system 1 embeds 23 a moving destination tag in the text part, specifies (step 24) a reference items number corresponding to the text part, displays (25) the item number on the prescribed field in the note report, displays a pointer for moving to the pointed part and embeds (26) a moving source tag. When the user executes a correction content adding command by selecting the text in the examination target document, while using a system 2 to be examined in document, the system 2 to be examined in document embeds (33) a moving destination tag in that ext pat, specifies (34) a note corresponding to the part to be corrected, displays a pointer for moving to the part to be corrected on the prescribed field in the note report and embeds (35) a pointer tag.
