Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare pre-cooking of a frozen food set under an effective utilization of cooking know-how of all over the world. SOLUTION: Recipe information is collected from terminal stations 10a to 10d in the world by a base station 11 through an internet Nt. When a pre- cooking of a frozen food set is performed in response to the recipe information, the base station 11 determines a degree of pre-cooking while eliminating a difference in heating and cooking progress during a defreezing cooking in such a way that other food materials are de-frozen, heated and cooked to complete the defreezing and cooking substantially in concurrent with the completion of defreezing and cooking of any one of the food materials which are hardly de-frozen in reference to the de-freezing and cooking performed in compliance with each of the food materials mostly difficult to be de-frozen collected in the same container, and the information are accumulated to construct a data base and the information is given to a person wanting to take it.
