Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous patch material as an antiphlogistic sedative drug containing dichlorophenac sodium, excellent in trandermal absorption, having no skin irritation and practically used, in whose past dichlorophenac sodium does not precipitate as crystals directly after production and during storage to remain dissolved. SOLUTION: The percutaneous patch material of an antiphlogistic-sedative- drug is prepared by spreading a crosslinked water-containing gel, in which a composition consisting of dichlorophenac sodium compound with mono-caprylic acid propylene glycol, propylene glycol and a higher unsaturated aliphatic alcohol is dispersed, on a supporting body. The percutaneous patch material is excellent in transdermal absorption and having no skin irritation.
