Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming tray which receives a flexible material two- folded for forming and makes the two-folded part easy to open after taking out and to provide a crab-flavored boiled fish paste. SOLUTION: The forming tray 1 includes a forming hole 2 shaped like a crab leg meat which receives dough D formed like a crab leg meat in a two-fold state and a protrusion 3 of a predetermined shape which bites into a joint J of the two-folded dough D on the hole for forming the two-folded dough D into the crab leg meat form. The tray alternatively includes the protrusion either in the hole or on a lid. The crab-flavored boiled fish paste is manufactured by two-folding the dough D having a texture like a crab leg meat into the forming tray 1 including the forming hole 2 having the crab leg meat form and the protrusion 3 of the predetermined form, and causing the protrusion 3 to bite the joint J of the two-fold for receiving.
