Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a separately-excited oscillator, the frequency of an ultrasonic vibrator gets out of the optimum frequency by the change of load or the like and the vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator lowers markedly to lower washing effect and, in an automatic follow-up oscillation apparatus, stable voltage must be applied to the oscillation apparatus because stable feedback voltage is necessary and stable variable voltage must be generated in a voltage control oscillation circuit because oscillation output must be stabilized and the circuit becomes complicated and expensive. SOLUTION: The anode of a rectifier 2 is connected to one terminal of an AC power supply 1 and a ripple voltage generation circuit 3 is connected to the rectifier 2 and an oscillation circuit 11 is connected to the ripple voltage generation circuit 3 and an output circuit 16 is connected to the oscillation circuit 11 and the half wave voltage of the rectifier 2 and the output of the oscillation circuit 11 are superposed one upon another by the transformer of the output circuit 16 to be applied to an ultrasonic vibrator 25.
