SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a projecting guide element 9, has a swivel lever 8, a driver 19 and a cam segment 14 which is a catch hook 12 supported apart a spacing from a revolving shaft 7 at a pivotal supporting shaft 11 of the swivel lever and is concentric with the pivotal supporting shaft with an internal in the radial direction from the pivoted supporting shaft and is composed of at least one spring member which fits the guide element of the swivel lever to the cam segment and thrusts the catch hook in a closing direction until the guide element abuts on the first stop terminal of the cam segment and a closing edge 14.
