Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely producing an inexpensive laminarioligosaccharide. SOLUTION: A laminarioligosaccharide is obtained by reacting a thermostable laminaribiose phosphorylase prepared by culturing a microorganism belonging to the genus Bacillus with α-glucose-1-phosphate and glucose. The laminarioligosacharide is obtained even by adding a starch and a glucan phosphorylase in place of the α-glucose-1-phosphate.
