Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve damage preventing property of a commutator segment in a disk type commutator of an anti-commutation surface bonding structure while complexity to structure and manufacturing process is restrained. SOLUTION: A plurality of metal segments 2 are bonded individually to anti-commutation surfaces of a plurality of commutator segments 1 which have an almost discoidal commutation surface as a whole. Windings are fusion-bonded to terminals 24 of the metal segments 2. Outside parts of the commutator segments 1 are covered with the metal segment 2 interposing small gaps (d). As a result, protection of the commutator segments 1 is improved as compared with the conventional disk type commutator of an anti-commutation surface bonding system.
