PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which the installation of PE contact element, that is, an earth contact element, is carried out easily and, also which is installed or supported in the contacting room formed by an insulation unit. SOLUTION: The insulation body 12 comprises a long narrow contact body 14 and a long narrow sliding member 15 and the sliding member which is installed together with a contact (insertion contact) body and the contact body comprises a first long narrow contacting room at a first side. A first and a second long narrow contact element are structured so as to be inserted in the first contacting room, and the sliding member comprises a contacting room for the first contact element so that the first contact element may be installed firmly in the long narrow contacting room formed by the contact body and in the long narrow contacting room formed by the sliding member.
