COLOR IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming device realizing miniaturization and high image quality by arranging a destaticizing means for destaticizing a photoreceptor with destaticizing light on the downstream side from the photoreceptor of each image forming unit in a transfer paper carrying direction and enhancing light utilization efficiency. SOLUTION: In this color image forming device 1, the photoreceptors 31Y to 31Bk of the respective image forming units 30Y, 30M, 30C and 30Bk are destaticized by reflecting the destaticizing light emitted from destaticizing parts 34Y to 34Bk disposed on the more downstream side than the photoreceptors 31Y to 31Bk in the transfer paper 11 carrying direction by transfer paper 11 and the inclined surface 35Yb to 35Bkb of cleaning cases 35Ya to 35Bka and irradiating the photoreceptors 31Y to 31Bk with the destaticizing light. Therefore, the photoreceptor drums 31Y to 31Bk are efficiently irradiated with the destaticizing light emitted from the destaticizing parts 34Y to 34Bk, so that they are destaticized, and the device 1 is miniaturized.
