Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical device which can set a vertical point simply without being influenced by wind or the like. SOLUTION: The vertical device is provided with a fixation member 20, which is fixed to a pillar. The vertical device is provided with a body case 15, which is attached to the fixation member 20 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. The vertical device is provided with a bubble tube, which detects the horizontal position of the body case 15. The vertical device is provided with a laser light-emitting part which radiates a laser beam in the vertical direction, when the bubble tube detects the horizontal state.
