SKELETON FRAMED STRUCTURE OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton framed structure of a building, capable of reducing costs, shortening the term of work, and facilitating a design and the execution of work. SOLUTION: Many virtual rectangles 14 equal in shape are arranged in such a manner that the long and short sides 14a and 14b, respectively, of the rectangles 14 are made to correspond to each other for the shape of a factory 12 to be formed. The skeleton framed structure is composed of dirt floor concrete 16, a footing beam 18, a steel column 24, a strut 32, a lower girder 34, an upper girder 36, a beam 38 and the like. The footing beam 18 high enough to be protruded above the ground level GL forms a part of the dirt floor concrete 16. The two girders 34 are placed and fixed on the top end of each stud 32, and the plural girders 36 are placed and fixed on the top end of the steel column 24 and the girder 34. The beam 38 is placed and fixed on the plural girders 36.
