Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To green a slope by planting trees without influence of waves and erosion due to a variation in the inclination of the slope and the level of water on the slope with steep gradient where a variation in water level of water reservoir and dam lakes. SOLUTION: Tubular bodies of a specified length as vegetation blocks 1, 1 having a circular or elliptic plane shape are installed on a base 5 continuously adjacent to each other in vertical and horizontal directions to construct a vegetation block layer B of a specified width. Then, soil and sand and base growing materials are stored in the vegetation blocks. Also, the other vegetation blocks 1 stacked upward along a slope gradient are put at the center part between the vegetation blocks 1 and 1 on the lower side, and projected parts 2 and 2 provided at the bottom parts thereof are fitted to the upper inner surface of the vegetation block 1 on the lower side so as to form a next vegetation block layer B1 of a specified width.
