Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-silicon electrical steel sheet excellent in bolt tightening property, which is manufactured by a rolling method and a bolt made of which hardly causes looseness of the bolt and requires no retightening when assembled into a core. SOLUTION: The high-silicon electrical steel sheet of >=4 mass % Si content is manufactured by a rolling method, based on the finding that the looseness of a bolt occurring at the assembly of the high-silicon electrical steel sheet into a core is caused by the inferior flatness of the steel sheet. The flatness defined by JIS C 2550 in the longitudinal and the width direction of the steel sheet is
