METHOD FOR TREATING PROTEIN-CONTAINING WASTE BY USING OIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating protein-containing waste by which any protein-containing waste is dehydrated without reshaping a cooker. SOLUTION: The medical waste discharged from a hospital and the plumage of fowl discharged from a chicken factory are ground and cut fine by an automated mortar, charged into a pretreating tank and mixed with a processing oil. The mixture is supplied to a cooker, dehydrated under reduced pressure while being heated, deoiled and powdered. The protein-containing waste such as the excreta of animals is charged into the pretreating tank and mixed with processing oil, the mixture is supplied to the cooker, dehydrated under reduced pressure while being heated deoiled while being heated to obtain a substitute for coal. The method is characterized in that, in particular, the reduced-pressure dehydration in the cooker is conducted in three stages, i.e., a primary pressure- reducing stage, a secondary pressure-reducing stage and a tertiary pressure reducing stage.
