Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with installation of a cable puller inside a manhole or a handhole and to install the cable puller, without having to use anchor bolts or fixing belts. SOLUTION: An installation frame 1 to pull a cable, disposed with the cable puller 13 in the upper portion of an opening 10a in order to pull up a cable 11 from the ground opening 10a in the manhole 10 to the ground, comprises a base 2 on which the cable puller 13 is fixed, and a base 3 to which the base 2 is fixed, so that reaction of the tension generated at the cable puller 13, when the cable 11 is pulled may act downward perpendicularly to a ground surface G around the opening 10a and which is formed, in such a shape so as not to cause overturn due to the weight of the cable puller 13 by fixing the base 2, and a notch 30c is formed on the base 3 for approaching the cable 11 which is pulled out of the lower portion of the base 3 by the pulling operation of the cable puller 13.
