TELEPHONE RESPONSE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract required sound data out of sound response data. SOLUTION: In the telephone response system having a responder terminal 22 for operating and inputting, to the relevant client, response information which is provided from a voice response to a client connected with a responder 13 through a telephone terminal 14, the responder terminal 22 is provided with a voice memory 33 for time sequentially storing the sound data of the client inputted from the telephone terminal, a bookmarker setting means 55 for registering the present time position of sound data into a bookmarker setting memory as a bookmarker time position when a bookmarker setting instruction is operated and inputted when writing the sound data onto the voice memory, and a bookmarker reproducing means 59 for reproducing the sound data from the bookmarker time position stored in the bookmarker setting memory out of the sound data stored in the voice memory when a bookmarker reproducing instruction is operated and inputted when reproducing the sound data stored in the voice memory.
