Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new fluorescence labeling probe which can label circular DNA under a relaxation condition. SOLUTION: The new fluorescence labeling probe compound for DNA is given in such a way that a fluorescent substance to which the active group of fluoresce in isothiocyanate or the like is bonded and aminoalkylating phenylamine are covalent-bonded. The amino group of phenylamine which is contained in the fluorescence labeling probe compound for DNA is transformed into a diazonium group, it is bonded to the purine ring of guanine in plasmid DNA, and a fluorescence labeled plasmid can be prepared.
