SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a powder coating having a predetermined color of a coating film and composed of plural kinds of primary colors comprises a step of forming plural kinds of pellets having a primary color and a step of mixing these plural kinds of pellets in an amount such that an aimed color of a coating film is given and subsequently co-pulverizing.
