Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a calculation capable of correct number of stored data constantly for FIFO type memory. SOLUTION: In the FIFO type memory comprising a dual type memory 31 for data storing, a writing counter 32 creating a writing address WA of the memory according to a writing pulse signal WP to the memory 31, a reading counter 33 creating a reading address RA of the memory according to a reading pulse signal RE to the memory 31, and a capacity monitoring counter 37 calculating the number of stored data by the up and down according to the pulse signal WP and the pulse signal RE, the pulse signal WP or the pulse signal RE are synchronized to a clock signal CKB/CKA of the reading side or the writing side.
