SOLUTION: A hologram (A) of 45A in which a specified pattern such as a character is recorded and a hologram (B) of 45B in which the shade of the specified pattern which is the same as the above described one is recorded are shifted and heaped so as to get to the desired magnitude of the shade, thus an original plate 43 for duplicating is formed and, further, a reference beam for exposure is applied from the side of the heaped hologram photosensitive material 41.
