Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load measuring device for improved precision in measure ment result by suppressing deformation of a member supporting an instrument relative to a structure comprising a floating body. SOLUTION: A load measuring device is provided which measures a load acting on a specified measurement point of a structure comprising a floating body. Here, there are provided a plurality of supporters 12 and 13 which are, being fixed to floating bodies 10 and 11, arranged away from each other, and a plurality of instruments RS1-RS3 which, connected to a plurality of supporters 12 and 13 while arranged away from each other, measure a force acting between a plurality of supporters 12 and 13.
