Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, in which the straightening effect of the straightening part of a fluidic element 10 with the installed flow-rate detection end of a flow sensor, capable of measuring the flow rate of a fluid so as to face a flow passage inside a small-flow-rate measuring flow passage part 3 is increased and in which the vibration of a jet at the fluidic element from a nozzle 11 is stabilized further by a method, where a fluid inlet member 1 arranged on the upstream side of a nozzle member 9 forming the nozzle 11 of the fluidic element 10 is provided and the flow passage part 3 which is arranged, via a partition part 4, between a slit-like flow passage part 5, arranged coaxially with the nozzle 11 in its opening height direction so as to straighten the fluid to the nozzle 11 and whose cross section is smaller than the cross section of the flow passage of the nozzle 11 and the wall surface one one end side in the opening height direction of the nozzle 11 is formed in the inlet member 1 in the opening height direction of the nozzle 11. SOLUTION: An extension straightening plate part 6a, which is formed so as to be extended smoothly to the downstream side from a longitudinal partition part 6 which divides the flow passage part 5 in the opening width direction, is formed. |
