Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive evenly to cool food or the like on trays. SOLUTION: Cold air generated from an evaporator in a refrigerating cycle is supplied into the inside of a cold storage room by a cold air circulating fan, wherein the cold air is guided along a cold air supplying duct 5 to rise, introduced into the inside of the trays 11 via a plurality of cold air discharging openings 7, cooling bottoms of metal tray plates 12 thereof to cool the food or the like placed on the tray plates excellent in thermal conductivity from a lower part thereof. The cold air introduced into the inside of the trays is blown outside the trays from a plurality of the blowing outlets 15 downward inside the cold storage room, cooling the food or the like on the trays placed in lower positions from an upper part thereof. As a result even when tall, large food or the like is placed near the cold air discharging opening, the food or the like on the tray is able to be cooled evenly. |
