Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the peeling of a thermal insulation layer (the second layer) by relaxing thermal stress between metal and ceramics, and further to suppress the oxidation and corrosion of a metallic layer and to prolong the life of the film. SOLUTION: The first layer coating a metal substrate 10 is composed of an internal metallic layer 12, the second layer coating the first layer is composed of a metal-ceramics mixed thermal insulation layer 24 in which the mixing ratio between metal 22 and ceramics 20 is changed so that the mixing ratio of the metal 22 is gradually made high toward the internal metallic layer 12, and the third layer coating the second layer is composed of an external metallic layer 16.
