CARBONIZATION METHOD USING SUPER HEATED STEAM ATMOSPHERE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization method capable of finishing retorting carbonization in a short time, effectively using heat source to largely reduce combustion energy and running cost, while bringing the total facility to be small and combustion gas containing environmental pollution materials, harmful materials, and the like, to be nontoxic and deodorized. SOLUTION: This carbonization method using super heated steam atmosphere is specifically constituted of a part to receive a material to be carbonized in a carbonization box 20 to dry distill by holding a super heated steam atmosphere and a part to lead a dry distillation gas generated in the carbonization box 20 to a re-combustion furnace 30, re-combust the gas to obtain heated air and feed back the obtained heated air in the furnace body of a carbonization furnace 10.
