Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition comprising a sustained release layer and a quick release layer. SOLUTION: This composition comprises the sustained release layer composed of a water-soluble polymer and a first pharmaceutically active material and the quick release layer composed of a substrate-forming agent and a second pharmaceutically active material. Generally, the composition releases the pharmaceutically active materials for at least 6 h preferably 1-3 days quickly and sustainedly (or under control). The composition can be integrated into an administrative unit form such as an intravaginal insert. The method for producing the composition is provided.
