Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability in the collection and delivery information control method and system by preventing the mistake in collation by a person in charge of collection. SOLUTION: This collection and delivery information control system 1 has a center side-computer 2 of a control center C for controlling the information relating to the collection and delivery of an article to be delivered T to be collected and delivered by a vehicle V. The system comprises a portable terminal 3 carried by the person in charge of collection of the article T loaded on the vehicle V for reading the code data D on the basis of the collection and delivery information on a tag TAG attached to the article T and wirelessly transmitting the read-out code data D to the vehicle V from a remote place, and an on-vehicle server 4 for converting the code data D transmitted from the portable terminal 3 loaded on the vehicle V into a packet data readable by the center side-computer 2 and transmitting the same to the center side- computer 2.
