DECORATIVE MOLD MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN FOAMED BODY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative mold made of a synthetic resin foamed body, which can be easily separated from a concrete laid surface having an especially deep unevenness, can be used a plurality of times, and can favorably present the concrete laid surface of the deep unevenness, and provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This decorative mold A comprises a mold main body 14 having a protruding section 14a and a cover sheet 20. The cover sheet 20 covers the design surface of the mold main body 14 and the four side surface sections under a non-bonded state. Therefore, the decorative mold A can be easily separated from the laid surface of a concrete 24 having an especially deep unevenness. By this constitution, the decorative mold A, in concrete, the mold body 14 and the cover sheet 20 can be used a plurality of times. Also, when a mold having the same shape as the mold main body 14, and having elasticity at least on the design surface is used as a die 14' for molding the cover sheet 20, the laid surface of the concrete 24 having a deep unevenness can be favorably presented.
