SOLUTION: Seating on a toilet seat 17 causes production pf voice for indicating the time. This time is measured based on frequency of a commercial power supply 1 to be highly accurate. A time correction signal is regularly outputted from a control circuit 3 to a remote control 40 to improve time accuracy of the remote control.
