Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor and its assembling method which can dispense with the use of a jig for positioning and pressing a stator and an adhesive agent hardening furnace when fixing the stator to a housing, and are capable of shortening its assembling time. SOLUTION: When magnets (a stator) 4 are inserted and fitted from above into magnet fitting grooves 24, whose width is slightly narrower than the thickness of the magnets 4 and positioned after a yoke housing (cylindrical part) 1 is fitted into a yoke fitting groove 23 formed in the upper end surface of a front housing 2, the magnets 4 welded by pressure to the inside surface of the yoke housing 1 and held by the elastic force of magnet holding portions 24a. After that, a rotor 5 is put into the housings 1, 2 from above, and a rear housing 3 is fitted. From above, the rear housing 3 is screwed to the front housing 2. |
