Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a high quality vessel and its resin case with simple assembling process at low cost. SOLUTION: A shell 30 which forms a screw 31 of a base 5 of a vessel is made of a conductive resin. The conductive resin shell 30 and an eyelet 50 on the tip of the base 5 are integrally formed with a resin case 20 as a composite part. A terminal connecting part 30a, which is formed by projecting a part of the conductive resin shell 30 into the resin case 20, is connected to an electrode terminal 40, which is led out from a printed board 13 of a lighting circuit 14, in order to establish electrical conduct between the conductive resin shell 30 and the lighting circuit 14.
