MAGNETIC DISK DEVICE, DISK ACCESS METHOD FOR THE SAME AND DISK ACCESS PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM FOR MAGNETIC DISK DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disk device which can assure the band requested by large-capacity continuous data, such as AV data, and the continuity of access without the occurrence of the rotation wait time accompanying the error processing of a host device even if a non-correctable error occurs in ordinary use, a disk access method and a disk access program recording medium. SOLUTION: The large-capacity continuous data, such as the AV data, written on the magnetic disk 2 is subjected to verification and when the non-correctable error is detected in a sector 4, the sector 4 is subjected to error map registration to a non-volatile memory device 5 and the data assurance processing of rewriting is executed prior to the access while the error map is referenced, by which the occurrence of the error is eliminated.
