Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a physically handicapped person, etc., using facilities such as a hospital appropriately in just proportion according to intention of the person. SOLUTION: The physically handicapped person support system support the handicapped person to utilize a prescribed facilities 100 at least and is provided with a user terminal 11 to set the request contents on which gestures of the handicapped person are reflected, to transmit request data according to the request contents, to receive response data to be transmitted in response to the request data and to display information regarding the response, and a data management system 12 to receive the request data from the user terminal 11, to create the response data regarding the response and to return the response data to the terminal 11.
