Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-sized phase difference film with wide width which has optical performance used for a large-scaled liquid crystal display device, etc., and is advantageous in cost because much division takeout can be performed. SOLUTION: The phase difference film is formed by drawing a thermoplastic resin film. In the film, the variation in the retardation covering the whole area of the film is 10 nm or less, film width is 700 mm or more and film length is 100 m or more.
