SOLUTION: A plurality of rotating aids 3 such as bearings are installed on a circular table 4 and a circular carrier plate 6 is placed on the rotating aids 3 such as the bearings and axially supported on the table 4 in a rotatable manner. A stopper 61 is provided on the outer periphery edge of the carrier plate 6. With the rotation of the carrier plate 6, products or parts supplied to the carrier plate 6 can be carried in the peripheral direction.
