WASHING AND LOADING METHODS FOR CONCRETE MIXER TRUCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide washing and loading methods for concrete mixer truck not requiring any particular washing water treatment facility for a batcher plant or not requiring any large capacity washing water treatment facility. SOLUTION: When a chute 3 and required parts such as a discharge blade part installed on a concrete mixer truck 1 are washed after unloading cement products such as concrete and mortar are unloaded at a depositing site, the parts are washed clean with a specified amount of washing water. The specified amount of washing water used for washing is returned to batcher plants 30 and 50 in the state of being accumulated in the drum 2 of the concrete mixer truck 1. The amount of washing water is deducted from a mixed amount of water necessary for obtaining specified quality of cement products in the batcher plants 30 and 50, and the deducted corrective mixing water, cement, and sand are mixed with each other. Then, the mixed product is loaded in the drum 2 containing washing water, or the corrective mixing water and cement product material are loaded directly.
