INK SUPPLY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink supply device which supplies a stabilized amount of ink so as to ensure stabilization of the color tone of a printed matter. SOLUTION: A second blade 21 for leveling off ink on the peripheral surface of an ink fountain roller 2 is provided from a contact part between the ink fountain roller 2 and a ducting roller 5 to a blade 4 for ink amount adjustment in the rotating direction of the ink fountain roller 2. In addition an ink region 10a which is raised through coming into contact with the roller 5 and a smooth ink region 10b as it is not in contact with the roller 5, are leveled off to the same condition until both regions reach the blade 4, on the peripheral surface of the roller 2. Thus the ink amount of an ink layer 10 formed by the blade 4 through adjusting the ink amount is equal in the circumferential direction and consequently, the ink supply is stabilized.
