HEATING DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC COOKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective heat transmission at a low cost in structure when a whole cooking container of an electric cooking machine such as a rice cooking jar is made to be vacuum and double-structured. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises a heating unit 9 equipped at the body of a jar 1 and a rice cooking pan 5 equipped on the heating unit 9. The heating unit 9 comprises a hot air outlet 15 and an inlet 16 at a hot air generator 12 equipping a ventilation fan 13 and a heater 14. A hot air inlet 23 engaged to the outlet 15 and a hot air outlet 24 engaged to the inlet 16 are equipped at a hot air space 21 equipped at the bottom of the rice cooking pan 5 to expose the hot air from the hot air generator 12 to a heat exchanger 22 at the hot air space 21 for heat exchange.
