Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily switch a communication circuit part to a write mode of subscriber inherent information. SOLUTION: A circuit board 12 is provided with a switch 13. The switch 13 can manually select two positions being a normal position and a write mode position and functions as an automatic meter reading reporting device when the normal position is selected. When the switch 13 is switched to select the write mode position, the control circuit part 10 transmits a command for switching the communication circuit part 20 to the write mode of the subscriber inherent information to the communication circuit part 20 through a harness 23.
