SOLUTION: This business model introduces a condition (4) with a time limit on which merchandise and money can be returned in order to avoid the above troubles in the transaction on a computer communication which currently take place many times, makes the transaction on the computer communication a safer transaction by subdividing and intermediating a risk ratio on which burden is imposed between a merchandise seller (1) and a purchaser (3), activates the transaction and smoothes economic development.
